Leaf
Sarah Berti, who goes by Leaf, is a mythmaker, author, and professional educator using multidimensional tools to tell stories touched by the numinous. Her work opens portals to the higher—Wings—of the Infinite Library within.
With degrees in English Literature (Trent University) and Outdoor & Experiential Education (Queen’s University), Leaf has spent over 25 years designing transformative curriculum, programs, and experiences that catalyze self-actualization and the alchemical shift from the smaller self to the Larger Self.
She has taught in public and private schools, wilderness programs, and transformational training settings, including Norval Outdoor School, Outward Bound, and as former director of Mulmur Hills Camp and co-director of Camp Prospect. Her work focuses on the intersection of nature, myth, breathwork, coherence, neurodivergence, and the Wilderness of the Real.
Leaf is founder of Bright Leaf Literary, offering world-class editing and ghostwriting for visionary creators. Her poetry appears in Reliquiae Journal, Mythic Circle, RIC Journal, and Luna Arcana. Her novel Embersong, co-written with O’ran Ruadh, was published by Embersong Press in 2022, with film rights secured by Mirthquake Productions.
Her current project, The Helix Library, is a mythic ecosystem of stories, courses, and experiences designed to awaken the lifeforce and remember who we truly are.
She lives off-grid in Heartwood, her sanctuary in the Precambrian wilderness of Ontario, on the rocky shores of Lake Avalon—beneath stars, silence, and the shimmer of becoming.
Purpose
Offering real-life, transformational, literary and artistic content designed to awaken unity consciousness, foster conscious self-mastery, and key particular perceptions that if used like wings, can dismantle the cages we live in and free the human mind-body system from its negative precedents, patterning and programming.
Through the catalytic inspiration of the High Imagination, we offer new templates, new ways of being and perceiving, and new models of our Fundamental Selves.
We support the human family’s global shift towards a heart-centered reality, for the benefit of all beings.
Vision
We support the transmutation of limitations, shadows, and challenges into new forms—reshaping personal lives and collective expression through fresh patterns, templates, and models. .
Our mission is to assist the shift from enslaved, suppressed beings to whole, sovereign, and fully alive humans—capable of co-creating within a planetary ecology of interconnected life.
We envision Earth entering the Golden Age within the coming generations, as individuals take responsibility for their share of the accumulated darkness—millennia of conflict, polarity, war, suppression, and illusion. As each person heals, dissolves emotional calcifications, purifies the body, coheres the heart, and frees the mind from limiting programs, a natural coherence will emerge. Acts of kindness, love, and harmony will dissolve the old systems of suppression, opening the way for transformation.
Each awakened Sovereign Being (however one chooses to define this state) catalyzes others, igniting a fractal wave of liberation across the planet.
We stand in service to this shift, offering books, courses, codes, and experiences designed to support Sovereignty and de-couple individuals from the suppression matrix.
Our work is guided by an intelligence that is both expansive and unifying—an emergent force propelling humanity into new paradigms of living, creating, and being in alignment with Harmony. A new intelligence is seating itself on Earth, and we are here to align with it—and assist others in doing the same.

Heartwood Mystery
Heartwood is home to members of the Ælven tribe (mythologically speaking!) and other Sovereign humans—a sanctuary that will one day house Camp Heartwood Mystery. Nestled in an off-grid wilderness in Ontario, Canada, it is both a refuge and a place of growth.

Surrounded by thousands of acres of protected wildlands, Heartwood offers space to reconnect—with Plant, Animal, Earth, and Elemental Intelligences—as well as a space for deprogramming, realization, and play.

At its core, Heartwood is a place of silence and spaciousness, where we can release the weight of suppression codes and move toward our natural Sovereign state of consciousness—a state of liberation from the illusions imposed by mental programming. It is a space to become the beautiful, fully realized versions of ourselves we have always longed to be.

Here, we grow organic food, harvest wild edibles, meditate with the Trees and Old Turtle, lay foundations, build frames, dismantle them, and rebuild anew. We offer healing, facilitation, education, co-creation, space, and silence—cultivating intelligences and forms designed to uplift and support.
Here at the Heart of the Wood, we realize our S-elves.
Situated in the “Land Between,” the wild, rugged, and startling land on the edge of the Canadian Shield to the north, and the edge of the St.Laurence Lowlands to the south, the sanctuary and home of Heartwood is a biodiverse ecosystem that includes forests, ponds, fields and cliffs.
The ecology is highly diversified and is home to many species whom we consider our Friends and guides, including Oak, Birch, Pine, Giant Water Bug, Catfish, Dragonfly, Water Snake, Moose, Wolf, Bear, Lynx, Wildcat, Turtle, Treefrog, Nuthatch, Kingfisher, Wolverine, Raven, Chickadee, Dogbane Leaf Beetle, Racoon, Heron, and thousands more.
Heartwood is a place to reconnect with the intelligences of Earth; the spirit of the Heron, the tricky laughter of Crow, the industry of Beaver, the playfulness of Otter, the mastery of Mosquito, the alertness of Deer, the faith of Chickadee, the guardianship of Dragonfly, the embrace of Forest, and the Questing of Owl.
